If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we can offer a replacement if available. Apparel items are non-refundable if the wrong size is selected, so please double-check the size chart before ordering.

Once your order arrives, take a moment to check it over. If there is an issue, contact Makeship support within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help make it right.

If a campaign doesn’t meet its minimum funding goal, you’ll automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method once the campaign closes.

We ship worldwide, and Makeship shipping costs vary by product size and destination.

Shipping starts at:

• Plush: $8.99 (discounted rates for additional items)
• Doughboi Plush: 14.99 (discounted for multiples)
• Apparel: $8.99-$14.99, depending on the product
• Vinyl Figures: $5.99
• Keychain Plush: $6.99

If your order includes different item types, each product will have its own shipping fee based on size.

Some products are limited to certain regions due to shipping restrictions. To confirm Makeship shipping costs and availability for your location, add an item to your cart and enter your address at checkout – no purchase required (unless you want to 😉).

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, we’re unable to ship there at this time. Global disruptions may also temporarily affect delivery to some regions.

Shipping times vary by product type. You can find the estimated shipping date on the product listing and under the Shipping & Returns tab on the product page.

For pre-order products, we begin production after a successful campaign ends, with orders typically shipping 2-3 months later. Limited-quantity and ready-to-ship products usually ship within 2-4 days of purchase.

Once shipped, orders arrive within 7-15 business days, though delivery to some regions may take 10-30 business days. You can track your Makeship order once it’s on the way.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Makeship with your tracking number.

You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in that email to view the latest shipping updates.

Our support team has access to the same tracking information provided by the carrier. If your package is in transit and you have questions about its status, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for the most up-to-date information.

Taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination. However, Makeship is not responsible for any additional charges, including customs duties, VAT or fees imposed by government or mailing services.

A campaign is a 21-day pre-order window that starts after your campaign closes. During this time, Fans can place orders for your product. If the funding goal is met, we begin manufacturing. If it isn’t, all Fan orders are refunded.

Because each campaign can include hundreds or thousands of products, production can take up to 90 days. Once complete, orders ship within 1-2 business days and typically arrive 7-15 days later. Some regions may require 10-30 days, and delivery may temporarily be unavailable in certain countries.

A petition is a way for Fans to support your work and help bring your ideas to life.

It does two things: lets Fans show love for your work, and gives them the chance to commit to purchasing your limited-edition product.

‍

Each petition starts with a small $2 pledge from Fans. Once the campaign reaches its minimum number of supporters, we move to the next stage and create a prototype of your product, whether it’s a plush, keychain, hoodie or vinyl figure.

When the prototype is approved, the drop goes live and the remaining balance for pledge orders is charged.
